"No system description is available"

Flousop is an Alliance refinery and extraction system, located just over 17 light years from Sol. It is the "southern"-most system in the core Green Corridor, governed by LHS 2541 Alliance Combine. Since the capture of Salk Hub, the main Coriolis station in the system, on May 5, 3303, it has been the seat of the Southern Command of the Alliance Elite Diplomatic Corps (AEDC) when it moved there from Shoujeman.

Flousop itself is somewhat unremarkable, with the main station providing limited choice in outfitting, shipyard or local entertainment, but makes up for it in strategic significance. It is 11 LY from Ross 128, 17 from Sol, and 22 from Sirius, within range of most trade ships, and the southern end of the Green Corridor, the safe passageway into the Alliance.

Salk Hub, Flousop

Flousop saw significant terrorist activity by Federation pilots during the Ross 128 Wars following the capture of Ross 128. The system was lost to Flousop Silver Fortune Network, a local Federation faction on September 2, 3303 when it took the ruling outpost Bosch Hangar. Alliance defenders held out in Salk Hub, though, and it remained the seat of Southern Command. The system was a major stumbling block during the armistice negotiations and talks initially broke down over the issue. The cost of war soon exceeded the value of Flousop to the Federation and the system was conceded. Ultimately, LHS 2541 Alliance Combine recovered the system on November 26, 3303 with the recapture of Bosch Hangar.
